Steveo is a very good therapist and had the respect of all the lads, he is someone we were confident in going to if we had problems or needed help to stretch or have a massage.  Whenever we were injured and doing rehab in the gym he would also help us to complete our programmes.  He is a good person also and we always have a laugh as well.  I’d recommend him to anyone. I got personal training from Steven and after a month I was hooked, not only had I noticed weight loss but inch loss. We trained 2-3 days a week and eating a healthy diet allowed me to lose a stone in a month. I don’t think I would have done it without him. Since then I’ve kept going I done his group programme and got amazing results. I then went off on my own and have kept it going, with his help and support and advice on programme design I’ve been able achieve results I didn’t think possible and I feel fantastic. Stacie Stewart

Steveo is a legend, his massages really helped me prepare for games and recover from training sessions. I spent a lot of time with him in the gym when I was doing my rehab and his support and terrible banter was invaluable haha! Kevin Thomson

Professional Footballer, Dundee F.C. captain, Scotland international

After having surgery on my knee I was left with loss of muscle mass and range of movement in my left knee and leg. So I started working with Steve a few times a week per week for a few months. Steve knows exactly how hard to push you to get the best results. His sessions are ever changing and challenging what I liked about them was I could see how they were applicable to my dancing all the time we weren’t just doing exercises for the sake of it so the sessions were never boring. His advice is sound and exceptionally accurate. He understood the importance of getting me back training and dancing as quickly as possible and now I’m back working professionally and have been able to travel all over the world because I chose the right person to help get my knee sorted. I will be forever grateful to Steve for getting me here 🙂 Rachael Branch

“I’ve been training with Steven for 2 years now and I have seen an improvement in all aspects of my fitness. The most noticeable has been my explosive power which is what we work on in our sessions and it has helped me during games and training. Since training with Steven I’ve felt very confident on the pitch and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to maximise their potential within their sport”. Dan Ward
